How we process the personal data of people who visit beautydreamteamitaly.com and of people who write to us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who the data controller is

What data we collect
Data you give us by filling in the quote request form or the contact form: name and surname, email, phone number and, if you choose to tell us, your pronouns, who is writing (the couple, a wedding planner, someone else), the wedding date, where you are celebrating, how many people are getting ready, the services you are interested in, how you prefer to be contacted and your message. Together with the request we record the page it was sent from, the language of the site and, if the address you arrived with contains it, the channel that brought you to the site (for example the QR code on our flyer).
Browsing data: like any website, the systems that run the site collect some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). They are needed to run and protect the site, for example to limit repeated form submissions.
Data collected with statistics cookies, only if you give your consent from the banner: Google Analytics tells us how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they look at. See the cookie policy. We do not use advertising tools.
Why we process them, and on what legal basis
- Answering your requests and preparing a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the relationship, if the request becomes a booking, and complying with legal obligations such as tax rules. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
- Sending you news and offers about our services, only if you tick the box for it. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Statistics on visits, with Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a), given or refused from the banner and withdrawable at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Providing the form data is optional, but without your name, email and phone number we cannot answer you. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
How and where we keep them
Requests reach us by email at info@beautydreamteamitaly.com and are recorded on the site and in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet, which only the people who handle them can access. The site is hosted on servers in the European Union.
- Requests that do not lead to a booking: 24 months from the last contact.
- Requests that become a booking: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as required by civil and tax law.
- Consent to news and offers: until you withdraw it, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months. Your choice about cookies: 6 months, then we ask you again.
Who we share them with
We do not sell or hand over your data. They are processed on our behalf, as data processors, only by the providers needed to run the service:
- SupportHost, for hosting the site;
- Google Ireland Limited, for email (Google Workspace), the Google Sheets spreadsheet of requests and, with your consent, Google Analytics;
- Wema & Supernova (BULBIT SRL), the agency that builds and maintains the site.
Google may transfer data to the United States: the companies of its group adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission in its decision of 10 July 2023.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest; you can withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting what was done before (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to info@beautydreamteamitaly.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The site and our services are not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this notice when our processing or the law changes: the date at the top tells you which version is in force.
